3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials for the completion of services. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt.
• Late payments may incur a fee of 18% per month.
• All prices are subject to change upon notice

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by [Your Marketing Agency Name] remains the property of the agency until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights to the content may be transferred to the client

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information and trade secrets

7. Termination

8. Limitation of Liability

MMC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangalore, Karnataka, India

10. Returns & Refunds

There is no returns or refunds allowed as all services are custom delivered

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
